Eitan founded Copay with a clear thesis: the 60 to 90 day gap between care delivery and insurance reimbursement is a structural problem with a structural solution. Healthcare providers should not have to manage their businesses around payor payment schedules.

Prior to Copay, Eitan built and scaled financial operations across healthcare and fintech, developing deep expertise in revenue cycle economics, receivables finance, and the specific data infrastructure required to underwrite healthcare claims at the service-line level.

Under Eitan's leadership, Copay has built a proprietary underwriting engine that prices every claim individually against real reimbursement performance data, established a non-recourse purchase structure purpose-built for healthcare receivables, and scaled to serve providers across more than 40 specialties nationwide.
